About Sarah

I'm a trained executive coach with hands-on experience in organizations ranging from tiny startup to national nonprofit to Fortune 500, and I have an international coaching clientele. Throughout my career in human resources and operations management, I've launched, reorganized, expanded, and led businesses and teams. I invested in years of formal training with organizations and master coaches accredited by the International Coaching Federation to grow personally and professionally as a certified executive and corporate coach. My approach incorporates a variety of ways of understanding people and systems, including neurolinguistic programming, organizational development, kinesiology, personality and behavioral assessments, equine-facilitated learning, systems theory, Six Sigma, and intuitive healing. I am a parent, a horsewoman, and an entrepreneur.

The process of going through a divorce and rebuilding my life was an opportunity to rediscover who I was and what I wanted.

 â€‹â€‹

My surname, Bellendaine, is both a war cry and the location of Clan Scott's ancestral home. This is a name I chose to honor my heritage. For me and my kids, it is a reminder to come home to yourself at the end of the day, to love fiercely, and to let your highest aspirations and deepest connections be your guiding compass through this life.

A lifelong equestrian, I have trained easy horses and those that would be generously described as projects. Horses provide an opportunity to see and dismantle perceived limitations in a prey animal by using the reactive behavior as a diagnostic tool for both the horses and people. When limitations vanish, we can do far more than we ever thought possible.
